First Ark to Alpha Centauri 2: The True Price of Immortality (2006)
First Ark to Alpha Centauri is my attempt to fictionalise what I perceive to be a realistic and aspirational route for long term human space colonization. Taking into consideration how much our planet has advanced since the Scientific Revolution of 500 years ago and the last 50 years of human spaceflight accomplishments, it is possible to make some qualified guesses about the future. The Alpha Centauri triple star system IS our nearest neighboring solar system in space, and there is every possibility that a New Earth awaits our far future descendants there. Visited your website. Nice ambience and I didn't think the music was weird at all. In fact, Enya is one of my favorites.
I'm not a typical sci-fi'er - fantasty is more my reality - but your book looks like it may be a cross genre. I will check it out.
