- Hi Saundra. I saw your name and just had to comment. My niece spells her name that way. My name is actually pronounced the same way even tho my mom spelled it Sandra. It's been very confusing my entire life!! I finally got tired of correcting people and let them call me Sandy. I do think Saundra is a pretty name, though. ~ Sandra
