When an author first takes up the pen, the words that appear on the piece of paper are not exactly what a publisher is looking for. Hello fellow authors out here in cyberspace. I've been signed up on this site for a few months but haven't figured out how to use it. I choose to think I am making progress. I actually uploaded a song. My First Ever. The title is Some Velvet Morning by Nancy Sinatra and Lee Hazelwood. This song is especially meaningful to me because my name comes from it. My father changed the spelling but he really liked the song. I would hope so, anyway. He did name his daughter from it, after all.
