Oh, and did you check out Authors Exchange? Linda Faulkner is looking for authors to interview. Go over and make a comment on mine: http://bookaholicsanonymous.ning.com/profile/SunnyFrazier
By the way, Keith Bettinger has joined here. He's a new OTP author and I know him from Public Safety Writers. Go make friends. Hey, did you see our photos from the conference over at the OTP site? There's also a video on You Tube. Just put in PSWA conference and you'll see some people you know from the Internet.
Joe, my book launch at the Carnegie was so much fun. It turned out to be a beautiful day, the garden was lovely (they usually charge $400 for wedding use, I got it free) and the cake with my book cover came out great. I should have photos up soon.
Joe, you need to talk with Martha Cheves, she's on this list and one of your friends. I told her I call you "Boston Joe" and suggested she review your book. What she does is team a recipe with it--I would like to see Boston Cream Pie, but Boston Baked Bean or that brown bread you make in a can would also be yummy.
Joe,
I don't normally do blog tours, but contact Marilyn Meredith, she's the expert. She's also an OTP author and writes marketing tips at the site.
Bookland Heights--go say hi to the ladies and tell them I sent you! When they give you a date (4 days, actually), let all of us know at every site you're on, as well as the OTP people. Then, we write in questions and you have to answer them! Fun times!
Do all that and I'll send you more places to promote. One step at a time!
Loved Dave's column, thanks for sharing. I'm hearing good things about Media Blitz, our publisher raved about it when I talked to her yesterday. We're going to have to get some good publicity going for the book!
