Profile Information

My hometown:
I grew up in a Detroit suburb, and lived there most of my life. Nearly four years ago I moved to West Michigan, USA. This side of the state is beautiful, especially near Lake Michigan. My career outside of writing is in education, spent working in a middle school.

Writing has always been an important part of my life. It gives me solace, peace, and I write because I have to. Writing and English classes were always my favorite, and my first writing compliment came from a seventh grade Literature teacher. That was a big encouragement. Years later, MANY years later...I got to tell him how he encouraged me to be a writer. I also teach creative writing basics classes at a local college for their LifeLong Learning Program.

My books:
My first book Visions of Enchantment, was published in December 2006. Enchantment's Embrace, Book Two in the Enchantment series was released February 18, 2008. I write short stories, poetry, and essays.

At the moment, I'm working on a novella turned novel which is an erotic contemporary romance. I'm also writing Book Three in The Enchantment Series.

The Enchantment Series consists of four books. I've already started book four in my head.

Introducing The Enchantment Series. A Hero, A Heroine, A Wrinkle in Time~~

Mary's first published novel, Visions of Enchantment, is the first of four books in this series.

Uriah Prescot, the handsome hero came through the confines of time to wait for his sweet Eryn. It was a fateful foggy night that led her back to him. Back to a town she didn't remember. Back to a time and a man she had only seen in visions...visions of enchantment. When they meet, Uriah loves her as much as he did on the day she left him twenty years ago, twenty years plus a century! Eryn Sterling didn't even know he existed. In a little log cabin, with the beautiful Allegheny Mountains as a backdrop, Uriah tries to convince her that she loved him a century ago. Does he try a little too hard sometimes? Will his persistence drive her away as she tries to come to terms with the truth? Or will she discover he is the only love that can ever be, her forever love?

Also, stay tuned for Book Two in the Enchantment Series, Enchantment's Embrace, coming in the near future~~

NEW COVER!!!

It's been a year since Eryn remembered her past, and also her past life with Uriah. They settle into the Enchanted Inn, exploring their relationship, finding a heated love that is only found in fairy tales. But, it's not long before trouble starts brewing, and Eryn's family is once again in danger against something they know nothing about. Once again, they have to make the decision whether to use the Portal again, and travel back to their own time of 1882 to find the answers. Will they put themselves at risk for the Portal to steal their love once again? You'll laugh with them and cry with them, but the surprise twists and turns will have you turning the pages until the very end.
