Sister Light, Book One: Of Shadows is my first published novel. Born and raised in southern Indiana, I am the third daughter of a single mother. My mother has always told me how active an imagination I've had, that was why she was not surprised when I told her that I had written a full-length novel and would be published officially within a few months. To most of my family and friends, it seemed, it was not much of a shock but everyone has overwhelmingly supported me in getting published and helping me promote my new novel.
My husband, Zachary, has also been a huge support to me and, although he's not much of reader, he has always been right there when I've needed to "talk out" a storyline or with a cup of tea during my strange four a.m. writing session.
Truly, writing had always been my passion, and I do not foresee that passion winding down any with the publication of my first novel. Indeed, if anything, it has merely added fuel to the fire.
I look forward to connecting with more published authors, learning about marketing, and just sharing ideas.
