On my blog http://stirlaughrepeat.blogspot.com I have a "widget" that allows people to purchase my book. When you go to this widget it comes up with SmartLink click rating 146. Can anyone tell me what this really means?

I believe it is a summary of the amount of times your book's Smartlink was clicked.

Which widget are you talking about? There are several on your site. However, it is probably as A.F. Stewart said and is telling you how many people have clicked the widget.
