Hello ladies and gentlemen. I am a first time author of a published memoir entitled A Lesser Pain. I am currently promoting my work while simultaneously working on the second installment and taking care of a 3 year old at the same time. I am an ex convict who after three terms of imprisonment finally beat the odds of recidivism. I clawed my way through a dysfunctional childhood, fostercare, drug abuse and prison to finish a writing A Lesser Pain.

Hi Shelagh - I'm new (somewhat) to this group - I live in Blgtn, Indiana, have three books in print, my third actually comes out next Friday (Long Run Home - a romantic ecosuspense novel through The Wild Rose Press) and I'm on an agent hunt right now. I have 12 queries out at this point (two days into hunt). I'm looking for places to set up team book signings and do as a group - anywhere in the four state area of Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky - Lynn romaine
