Place for Play-writers

Does any one know of a place/network similar to this one that accommodates people that are into to writing plays, drama, and the like? Please advise.

If I remember the others, I will let you know but I know there are other groups on the web. I know of another but they only accept writers who have at least got a screenplay optioned.
